This is relatively large residential project, where the entire small-holding/farm is not connected to the local electricity grid (Off-Grid).
The only supply to the farm is this self-container solar system designed and built by AM Solar.
The load is the main house, nursery, and staff quarters
Three-Phase supply using 3x Victron 15KVA Quattro inverters, 5x SolarMD
7.4kWh Lithium-Ion batteries and Canadian Solar modules on the roof with a combination of facades and roof types/pitches to generate the solar power which has a daytime direct use component along with a daily re-charge of the batteries which easily carry the load through the night.
There is a backup generator available which can be controlled by the inverters to supply a last resort charge/supply when needed.
